They offer a range of services in the Audio, Visual, IT-Computing and Fire and Security sectors and have experienced rapid and sustained growth in the last couple of years.
You will be reporting to the Divisional director within this new and expanding division within the group, and you will be responsible for all IT configuration of equipment prior to installation into the client’s housing, as well as remote 1st line desktop support for equipment already installed into clients homes.
To be eligible for this role you will need to have good 1st line support experience in MS Server and Exchange, as well as basic networking and WIFI installations, as 90% of the equipment is managed over a WIFI links within the property.
They are offering a good starting salary package, and ongoing training, as well as development within the division. This role is mixed role, where you will spend about 80% at head office, and 20% going to client’s site, and they can see the mix moving to a 50/50 role within a year or so.
The ideal individual would be someone who has some solid networking/IS skills and who is willing to join a newly established division within the group.
