Specifically, Duties & Responsibilities include:
Managing Diaries for the Sales Team
Arranging Travel Itineraries for the Sales Team when necessary
Booking appointments from incoming calls for the Sales Team
Providing Support and resources for members of the Sales Team
Following up quotes provided to potential clients via email and telephone.
In order to carry out this role successfully you must have the following:
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills (The ability to communicate clearly and effectively with a wide range of people at varying levels)
Effective time management skills
Self motivation
Experience in supporting at Management level
You must be a team player
Have knowledge of all Microsoft Office programmes
Enthusiasm in all you do.
