Airframe Supervisor (069jc) vacancy in Anglesey ()

My client who have the contract to maintain all of the Hawk aircraft at RAF Valley Anglesey are now seeking Airframe Supervisor to join their team

Job Description
My client wishes to appoint 2 Airframe Supervisors (B6T) to be part of the Aircraft Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (AMRO) Section within Depth Maintenance at RAF Valley. The contract is responsible for the provision of First & Second Line support for the Hawk aircraft.

Responsibilities
• The successful candidate will report to the AMRO Controller and will be required to run an Airframe Team controlling all aspects of aircraft paperwork and supply items, directing the team to maintain output as well as raising, scoping and signing Independent Checks.
• Must be able to manage the aircraft F700 documents and co-ordinate for flight.

Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience Demonstrate a good understanding of the paperwork required of deep maintenance
• Have sound knowledge of the Hawk aircraft and its systems
• Good understanding of trade based aircraft publications Hawk aircraft experience
• Deputy Team Leader experience

Skills
• Ability to achieve task objectives and deadlines
• Ability to motivate and direct a team to meet the tasks set.
• Should possess good fault diagnosis skills, demonstrating a thorough understanding of aircraft systems, trade related publications and MOD paperwork.
• Must be capable of raising, scoping and undertaking independent inspections.
• Display awareness of Health & Safety, Quality and Environmental Issues.
