Senior Project Manager – Civil (166jc) vacancy in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia ()

for their operations in Saudi Arabia, you will be reporting to Head of Civil.

Primary Objectives and Functions:
A Senior Project Manager, with 10-15 years project experience, to manage the delivery and development of multi-disciplinary construction Projects ensuring excellent project delivery, profitability and efficiency using Industry good practice and according to established Company guidelines.
Plan & deliver multi-discipline projects to meet agreed timescales and commercial performance against agreed targets.

SUMMARY OF DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES To:
General:

• Direct and control all aspects of Project Management
• Lead the Construction Management team
• Control of all actions, methods & output of each project under his/her remit
• Attend site meetings with the client and general day to day liaison
• Undertake regular project reviews
• Control of procurement for projects
• Liaison with and management of site laur
• Decisions on the need and nature of major design changes
• Inspection of site installations at appropriate stages
• Ensure invoices are prepared timeously.
• Issue working drawings for approval of client
• Recruitment, supervision and management of sub-contract staff
• Ensure inspection and test sheets are used where required
• Ensure that a Quality and Safety Plan is prepared for the project
• Preparation of risk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments.
• Ensure any new staff on the project have company induction
• Achieve zero formal customer complaints
• Achieve zero Lost Time Accidents on site
• To comply with Company Policies, Procedures, and QA requirements and ensure a safe and healthy working environment within the post holder’s span of control.

RECRUITMENT SPECIFICATION (Knowledge and Experience):
Essential:
• Relevant main contractor and industry experience i.e. civil construction/ Building construction /mechanical & electrical construction
• Financial forecasting, budget management and cost control
• Demonstrated Managerial Competency
• Leadership and Development, Strategic thought process
• Health & Safety
• Strong communication skills - both written and verbal
• Highly computer literate and analytical

As this role is based in Saudi Arabia, candidates must meet all of the minimum qualifications as they are not bound by UK or EU Laws, also only individuals up to the age of 55 will be considered for any of these roles.
