Health and Safety Administrator (208jc) vacancy in Marlow ()

My client who is a specialist provider to the sensitive environments sector is now seeking to appoint a Health and Safety Administrator to support their EHS Team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is seeking to develop a role in this sector.

Your role will be to provide support the EHS team and Head of EHS and your duties will include:-
• Data reviewing and input of sub-contractor documentation onto central database
• Preparing new project health and safety files and associated documentation
• Filing of all H&S related documentation
• Preparing draft CPHSP for review and sign off by the Head of EHS
• Typing up of all SOP amendments, controlled documentation, Safety Alerts
• Ordering of all H&S documentation; Safety Obs cards, PTW
• Taking minutes at Safety Committee meetings and distribution
• Completing weekly fire alarm checks within the head office
• Ensuring accident investigation information is correctly filed and maintained
• Maintaining the company training matrix
• Arranging training courses

The role is based in Marlow, however you will be required on occasion to visit other sites around the country, therefore own transport is essential for the role.

To be eligible for this role you will to hold some form of HSE qualification, military or civilian or have some limited experience, have excellent IT skills, as well as good attention to detail.

The ideal individual would probably suit an early service leaver who is seeking to progress within this sector and who has very little experience in this sector, but who wants to progress and become a fully qualified and experienced HSE Specialist in the longer term.
