Finance and Accounts Manager (209jc) vacancy in Marlow ()

My client who is a specialist provider to the sensitive environments sector is now seeking to appoint a Finance and Accounts Manager to join this expanding company.

You will be reporting to the Finance Director and you will be responsible for the processing, monitoring and reviewing all financial transactions within the company.

Therefore your main duties will include:-
• Overseeing the processing and reviewing all sales and purchase invoices, including expenses
• Overseeing the processing and reviewing Prepayments, Accruals, Fixed Assets, Purchase Ledger and Sales Ledger Control accounts
• Credit Control
• Bank reconciliations
• Monitoring cash flow for cash management
• Producing monthly management accounts
• VAT returns, Weekly and year end Payroll
• General Administration duties.
• Month end and year end accounting
• Liaising with Auditors
• Supervision and training 5 accounts staff

• Sage Accounts Qualified (Desirable)


The ideal individual would be someone from an ex Regimental Accountant who has experience in managing a small office team
