Logistics and Concierge Operative vacancy in Stansted Airport ()

As the majority of our work is conducted at international airports, you will be very much in the public eye - so it is vital you drive in a safe, responsible way and deliver with a friendly smile and helpful attitude. You will be the face of On Air Dining, providing a vital service to our extremely busy clients. Our clients will be expecting the same warm and helpful service that we have built our reputation on in delivering, taking the time to help and building up a relationship through regular deliveries. Not only that, they also expect you to arrive when you say you will, so you will work to tight deadlines to ensure all your deliveries reach the clients and their passengers on time, every time.

Arrive to work with a positive attitude
Be smartly turned out and presentable
Drive an On Air Dining van and deliver great service, whether you are driving or helping to pick orders and load vehicles
Follow scheduled delivery routes, driving safely and responsibly. Bad driving gives us a bad name
Being friendly and helpful from the moment you arrive
Following the correct procedures with every delivery, they ensure safety and great service
Not just keeping your vehicle clean but also tidy and well cared for
Keep your vehicle refuelled, maintained and operational, ready for the next delivery run
Making sure you carefully carry out all checks and procedures from pre-delivery to post-delivery
Responsible for the ordering of stock and running the stock room
Occasionally work helping with the chefs, the core of our business

There is no such thing as great service without high personal standards, so you will need to be a great people person, committed to giving our customers great service every day.

You must have:
• A full UK driving licence for at least 2 years
• Category C qualification
• CPC qualified
• Tacho Digi card preferred

Job essentials:

Based out of Stansted Airport
Up to but not limited to 48 hours per week
Shift work a 3 month rota will be supplied
