Trainee Construction Demolition Supervisors vacancy in Various Locations (140jc)

My client, a national construction and demolition company are now seeking a number of personnel who would be willing to undergo 18 months to 3 years training to achieve their CCDO Gold Card and to become fully qualified Construction Demolition Supervisors and or Managers.

You will initial join this company as either Construction Supervisors or Site Managers, but will undertake further ongoing training to gain your Gold or Black cards, which my client will assist in funding for the individuals.

To be eligible for these roles, as they will be looking for about 15 individuals over the next 18 months or so, therefore you will need the following background and/or experience:
• Preferably currently serving or ex Royal Engineer with experience of demolition practices and procedures, however, others with relevant backgrounds will also be considered.
• You must also have the following in place, or able to get in place:
a) Site Managers Safety SMSTS
b) First Aid Certificate (4 Day)
c) Asbestos Managers Training
d) Scaffold Inspection (2 day)
e) Temporary Works Coordination (1 day)
f) Must hold a full driving licence.

Therefore depending on your current background, skills and knowledge in the construction sector already, you will be considered for either a Site Supervisor or Site Manager which can pay anything from £35-40k for the Supervisor and £40-45k for the Manager and when qualified your earning will increase significantly as there is currently a shortage of suitably qualified personnel in this sector.
