Recruitment Consultant vacancy in Llanishen, Cardiff (182jc)

My client is an established, modern recruitment company based in Llanishen, Cardiff, and are now looking for an additional consultant to join their expanding team.

They have a network of offices across the UK, and have been supplying labour, trades & management staff to the construction industry for over 40 years, and they are a reputable and respected company within our sector.

They are looking to recruit trainee or experienced Recruitment Consultants to add to their Cardiff branch.

You will be responsible for the entire process associated with the recruitment cycle. If you want to be in control of your own destiny this career could be for you. You will be given your own specialist sector of the market where client development, vacancy sourcing, price negotiation, candidate attraction and vetting, building long term relationships with both clients & candidates are integral but are still only part of this varied role.

Ideally you will have at least six months in a sales or previous recruitment role. Be capable of multi-tasking, working to deadlines and hitting targets.

Realistic salary expectations are as follows:
Year 1: £18,000 - £25,000 OTE
