You will need the following skills:
• Experience in sheet metal and fabrication
• Able to read technical drawings
• Able to use guillotine, brake press
• CAD knowledge would be desirable but not essential
• Ability to work with all types of metal up to 6mm
To be eligible for this the successful candidate will:
• MUST have experience in sheet metal work
• Must have attention to detail
• Be able to finish a product to a very high standard
• Be punctual and a good time keeper
• Be confident, organised and methodical
• Be enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to motivate others
• Be able to problem solve and come up with solutions
You will have a 39 hour week, 8am to 5pm Mon to Thurs, and have an early knock off on Friday where you will finish at 1pm. You will have four weeks holiday, which will increase by a day per year until you reach five weeks holiday.
