Full Time/Part Time Outdoor Instructors (082jc) - Ballygawley, Co Tyrone – Competitive Salary

Our client is one of Northen Irelands leaving activity centre who are now seeking additional Instructors to join their team in preparation of the upcoming season.

Instructors are responsible for leading their activities whilst ensuring the safety of customers, ensuring the centre is kept to a high standard and working as part of the team to ensure all customers have a fantastic Todds Leap experience.

Your key Duties will encompass:
• Instructing visitors on the safe use of equipment and vehicles
• Preparation of equipment and areas for instruction
• Preparation of team room, vehicles, and other equipment for use by visitors
• Checking and maintaining equipment with high regard for safety
• Cleaning up equipment and vehicles after groups have left
• Entertaining customers and ensuring they have an excellent experience
• Moving quickly from one activity to another in accordance with fluctuating timetables
• Other ad hoc duties as needed.

And your Primary Activities will be:
• 4 x 4 Off Road Driving
• Off Road Truck Run
• Clay Pigeon Shooting
• Rifle Range Shooting
• Archery
• High Ropes
• Climbing Wall
• Paintball

Depending on your availability for the full time roles you will be working a 35 hour week including weekends (By negotiation and timetabled), and for the part time roles, you will be primarily weekends
This is mainly seasonal work with increased hours available during Christmas event, summer break etc.

To be eligible for this role you will need the following:
Essential Criteria:
• An outgoing and confident personality
• High level of interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels
• Attention to detail
• Proven time-keeping ability

Desirable Criteria:
• Experience in tutoring
• Experience of outdoor activities
• Driving License

While no formal qualifications are necessary, they would be advantageous however, full Training in all activities will be given. Also please note that all job offers will be subject to the completion of Access NI Checks

You pay rates will be dependent on experience but will be between £12.00 per hour to £15.00 per hour for the full-time roles, 20 days holidays + Bank Holidays and for the part timers, your leave will be pro rata.
