I am an experienced M&E Engineering manager from a technical background following a 37-year career in HM Forces. I have experience across a spectrum of engineering disciplines including diesel generators, UPS, building fire monitoring systems, HVAC, AHU's, air systems (HP & LP), and understand the requirements to ensure all systems are operated and maintained within their design specifications. I have the experience to interrogate a BMS, identify issues and following diagnosis, either look to rectify following the maker's documentation or, using an escalation process, raise work orders for contractor attendance under business contracts. I understand H&S compliance to issue Authority to work, Permit to work, Dynamic RA, and the requirements for contractor Method statements and Safe systems of work. I have experience in asset management to complete all required for the planning and execution of PPM's to ensure all contract critical KPIs are met on time. I am used to working within a team environment where all are working together to deliver all current and future projects as well as the chance to continue personal development.
