Member of the Canadian Armed Forces for thirty-two years. Primarily employed in tactical field communications with a large focus on unit operations, embedded with combat arms units both domestically and internationally. Filled leadership roles ranging from an 8-person communications team deployed in the mountains of Afghanistan to being the Platoon Commander of 68 troops and staff conducting military basic training. My understanding of teamwork and partnership allows me to motivate and inspire others in unique ways to accomplish the mission at hand. I pay extremely close attention to detail and make sound decisions under adverse and dangerous conditions, receiving awards from the military for actions while deployed in Afghanistan.
