A committed and loyal member of the Armed Forces for over 21 years. Working alongside multi-agency Policing organisations on land and at sea, in order to detect, deter and investigate criminal activity by members of the British Armed Forces. Using innovative techniques, managing and leading teams, implementing best practice protocols within a plethora of military arenas. Possessing exceptional command leadership and management skills which are utilised on a daily basis, ensuring that the team remain available, dynamic and agile, in order to meet the intent of Senior Management. Keen and meticulous, driven to develop others and always lead from the front, setting an example for others to follow, displaying and implementing the core values of the service. A wealth of knowledge within the investigative and security arenas, currently assigned to the Service Police Legacy Investigations, as a Senior Investigator and Office Manager, leading a team of Military Police and civilian contract staff. The current strand of work sits at Ministerial tasking level and is the largest investigative assignment within the Royal Navy.
