I am currently serving as a Senior Specialist Welfare worker, managing 28 units within my area of responsibility, as well as directly managing a team of 6 personnel from Sgt to SSgt and civilians. I work with quality assuring of practice, safeguarding of children and vulnerable adults as well as mental health and domestic abuse. I am qualified in this field with a level 7 Diploma. I am also qualified as a psychotherapist with an advanced level 5 Diploma, and currently studying Trauma for coaches. I have been working in this field since 2006 and studying throughout.
