My client an Engineering Company established in 1989 have been renowned for manufacturing and supplying dependable, high quality accessories for Land Rover vehicles, are now seeking a Customer Relations Manager.

This is a new role which presents an exciting challenge; and the role will be to manage customer relations and administrated sales and customer service matters in support of the company’s sales and marketing policies and planned sales targets.

Therefore your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include:-

• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and relevant internal liaison, to optimise quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
• Plan and prioritise personal sales activities and customer contact towards achieving agreed business aims, including costs and sales - especially managing personal time and productivity.
• Plan and carry out marketing activities to agreed budgets and timescales, and integrate personal sales efforts with other organized marketing activities, e.g., product launches, promotions, advertising, and exhibitions.
• Liaise with Engineering & Technical Sales to evaluate and recommend branded product range, pricing and margins according to agreed aims.
• Monitor and report on market and competitor activities and provide relevant reports and information.
• Communicate, liaise, and negotiate internally to forecast, plan and meet sales order and project requirements including attendance at meetings and reporting to Senior Management.
• Record, analyse, report and administer using company software systems.

To be eligible for this role you will need the following skills and abilities:-

• Excellent organisation skills and liaison skills, as you will be dealing with major clients on a daily basis as well as other areas within the company.
• Ability to spot new services and items that can be supplied to clients and liaison with internal teams to make sure that contracts are delivered on time and without any issues.
• Resolving any potential issues before they become significant barriers.
• Methodical and problem solver.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines.
• Good IT skills including Microsoft Office.

In return my client is offering a good salary base, with an average of 38 hr week and with 28 days annual leave and the ability to become a key member of the team in this expanding and rapidly developing company.
