You will be reporting to the Workshop manager and you will be working on the late shift, 1100hrs to 2100hrs Mon to Fri, with possible overtime on Sat 0700hrs to 1300hrs, with no night time working
You will be working on the company’s own fleet of 90 vehicles from 7.5 ton through to Artics and trailers and your role will be to work in the workshop dealing with repair and service of company vehicles within a timely manner and within industry standards,
To be eligible for this role you need to be a qualified HGV mechanic / technician with either city & guilds or NVQ qualification and hold a valid HGV drivers licence, as you may be required to collect or fix broken down vehicles in transit with the companies own recovery vehicle.
In return they are offering a good hourly rate with overtime as needed, pension and holidays for this full-time position as well as coveralls while working.
