Trainee Construction Operative vacancy in Henley-on-Thames (308jc)

My client, who are one of the UK’s leading structural waterproofing and damp proofing contractor are now seeking additional trainee construction operatives to join their team.

They work across the South East on a wide variety of prestigious projects from listed buildings to commercial and new-builds.

They are now seeking individuals who have some basic construction experience who are looking to learn and develop their skills in this niche sector.

To be eligible for this role you will need the following skills and experience:
• Previous proven construction experience, preferable
• Multi skills - basic plumbing, electrical preferred
• CSCS Card, however they will put you through the course.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to problem-solve.
• Happy to take instruction.
• Good Health & Safety awareness
• Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
• Able to work in a team and as an individual.
• Good spoken English, reading ability and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and pride in work.
• Live within a reasonable commute of their HQ as everything will start and end their.
