Structural Waterproofing Surveyor vacancy in Henley-on-Thames (309jc)

My client, who are one of the UK’s leading structural waterproofing and damp proofing contractor are now seeking an additional Structural Waterproofing Surveyor to join their expanding team.

They work across London and the South East on challenging and prestigious projects from historic buildings to large scale commercial new builds.

And they are specialist in Structural waterproofing, damp proofing and timber treatment for commercial and domestic clients, and the current team are specialists, qualified as Certified Surveyors in Structural Waterproofing (CSSW), Certificated Surveyors of Timber & Dampness in Buildings (CSTDB) and registered Waterproofing Design Specialists (WDS). As specialist contractors, they are experienced in working directly with architects and structural engineers off-plan or via site visits.

They are looking for a bright, ambitious surveyor keen to learn from 2 of the most experienced surveyors in the industry who have both been in this sector for over 30 years each. Must be hard working, with excellent communication skills and enthusiasm to be the next star of our surveying team.

The skills you need:
• Qualified surveyor – CSSW and CSTDB with 5 years’ experience (preferred)
• Sound reporting, written and calculation skills
• Solid background education
• Organised and methodical approach to work
• IT skills (Word, Excel)
• Full UK driving licence
• Excellent work ethic and positive attitude
• Disciplined to work individually but enjoy being a team player
• Keen to develop and contribute to the success of the business
