Electrician Technical Help Officer (192jc) – Mansfield - £35k to start subject to experience + Benefits.

Our client, who are a government approved and United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) and accredited membership scheme operator in the building services sector is now looking to recruit a Electrician Technical Help Officer to join their expanding team.

You will be reporting to the Technical Manager, and you will be part of a highly skilled team of engineers giving help and advice to their members.

Therefore, they are recruiting skilled and experienced individuals to join their technical helpline team on a full-time basis to assist with the members and schemes technical queries. The role will require excellent telephone manners and the candidates must be able to communicate the technical responses clearly and effectively. Candidates will require a solid understanding, with sound and proven technical knowledge across the electrotechnical and building services schemes.

To be eligible for this role, you will need to be fully qualified electrician, who has a passion to pass on their knowledge to the next generation and has the ability to communicate over the phone and via email.

The ideal candidate would be based near to their Mansfield office site, however some working from home can be arranged after a suitable training period, however, you will still be expected to operate from the office one to two days per week. Due to the nature of this role, they are also welcoming applications from suitably qualified disabled applicants.

In return they are offering an excellent starting salary, 40 hrs week, 31 days including Christmas shutdown + Bank holidays, and health cash plan.
