We are currently seeking a Data Centre Project Manager to join our team based in Sutton Coldfield. In this role, you will take charge of generating and tracking project programmes, ensuring effective client communication, negotiating and raising orders, managing project budgets, overseeing manpower and health & safety, taking design responsibility, controlling change, and maintaining quality standards.

This position requires a strong background in data centre construction, with emphasis on racking, trucking, and power systems. The ideal candidate should be PC and Microsoft fully literate, possess good communication and negotiating skills, and be able to work under pressure while delivering to timescales.

Preferred Requirements:
• Proven project management background in Building Services, Facilities Management, or Mission Critical Sector.
• Strong background in data centre construction with emphasis on racking, trucking, and power systems.
• Good literacy/documentation creation skills.
• Understanding of project sequencing for efficient and effective installations.
• PC and Microsoft fully literate.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, or related field.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus.
• Relevant industry certifications or training.
