IT Trainer vacancy in Worcestershire (120ls)

We require a Trainer who is a specialist in MOD systems, in particular, POP Maintainer or another DCIS in the defence sector, for a well renowned training provider who works with the MOD and commercial clients.
Your duties will be as follows;

• To deliver training courses to clients that meet the expected quality standards – at premises and offsite at client premises throughout UK and Europe as required.
• To liaise with contract trainers as required to ensure the successful delivery of training courses.
• To research, design, develop and update courseware and materials as required including exercises, manuals.
• To contribute to company blogs.
• To keep knowledge in subject areas up to date.
• To maintain responsibility for the overall quality management / maintenance of a group of courses.
• To liaise with clients re: their training requirements and design bespoke training courses as required.
• To attend trainers meetings as required.
• To attend sales meetings as required offsite with clients. To ensure the electronic completion and return of delegate feedback forms and trainers reports.
• To train / produce material for sales / marketing departments
• To pass on potential leads or sales opportunities uncovered in the classroom
• To design, build and configure software images for delivery of technical courses to peer review courseware

You will also deliver technical training courses and to design and develop training materials as required to include, but not exclusive to:
• SharePoint (to Admin level)
• CompTIA (A+ N+ S+)
• Windows Server

To be eligible for this role, you will need the following skills and abilities;

• POP Maintainer or another DCIS in the defence sector
• 2 years of training experience.
• Experience working within the MOD, NATO or GCHQ.
• Minimum of 2 years of POP Maintainer (Magpie, Jackdaw) or equivalent systems. Or another DCIS in the defence sector
