Field Service Engineer vacancy in Sunbury (434jc)

My client, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Anti-collision systems for lifting and handling equipment’s sector are now seeking an additional Field Service Engineer to join their expanding team due to company growth.

FOR THIS ROLE YOU MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT HEIGHTS AND BE WILLING TO COVER THE WHOLE OF THE UK.

This is an excellent role for a Service Engineer looking to work in a niche company, who are offering extensive training and continuing development.

This company specialises in supplying construction equipment with anti-collision systems all around the UK. They work mainly with construction organisations and are expanding to provide the same service to other industries; and therefore, are looking for an additional engineer to join their team.

For the first 2-3 months, you will be working alongside a colleague to learn the skills required to do the job. After this, you will be covering a UK wide patch attending companies that require installation and troubleshooting on their system. You will be given full industry training to allow yourself to become an industry specialist.

The ideal person will be an individual who is Electrically qualified and experience with low voltage, running cables, re-wiring and be willing to work at heights. You will receive full training and you will need to be comfortable with travelling UK wide.

Therefore, the role will consist of:
• Carrying out installation and troubleshooting systems on cranes
• Programming systems
• Based around Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex and surrounding areas but covering a UK wide patch (London, Manchester, Scotland)

To be eligible for this role you will need the following:
• Qualified Electrically/Electrician
• Experience with low voltage, running cables and re-wiring
• Willing to work at heights, any rigger qualifications would be desirable, however they will give full training.
• Based around Surrey, Berkshire, Middlesex and surrounding areas but covering a UK wide patch (London, Manchester, Scotland)

In return they are offering a starting salary circa £30-32k, which with overtime can go up to £40-48k per annum, there are offering full training and development, as well as van, laptop and mobile phone.
