Security Architect (DV+ cleared) vacancy in Basingstoke (082DM)

Our client is looking for a Security Architect to join their team in their Basingstoke office.
Contract End Date: 31/01/2025

Mandatory Skills:
Experience in the development and delivery of software using Agile Methodologies
• Active Directory, PKI, VMWare virtualisation, Windows Server 2019 and the creation of gold builds, System hardening (GPOs etc.), Nexus configuration repositories,
• PowerShell and Python for scripting, automation or test creation,
• Configuration and automation using Ansible, Terraform.
• Automated test execution using Robot framework.

Brief Overview of role / project:

We are looking for a security architect to ensure technical designs for new system solutions meet security requirements. Your role will be to perform the usual gambit of technical security architecture to feed into the critical design elements of all scrum teams e.g.

o Attend design surgery and champion security design decisions through approvals
o Write and update security documentation for ToAs (formerly RMADs, SyOPs, POAM etc)
o Storage, data repositories, boundary protection, Service Management
o Examine test sets for secure procurement process
o Application security – setting audit log requirements
o Mapping and modelling security controls for ToAs

You be responsible for the delivery of key security enforcing capability into the platform.
