My client, a specialist pump maintenance, service and repair company working in the building services and water drainage industries with a commitment to high quality service and customer relations is looking for a highly motivated engineer to join their team based from our Maidenhead workshop, and maintaining equipment at client sites throughout the Thames Valley and beyond
Role:
• Multi-skilled pump service engineer (electrical and mechanical)
• Carry out installation, service, repair, maintenance, and fault finding on a variety of commercial and industrial pumps
• Mainly conduct mechanical and electrical work, fault finding on pumps, rotating equipment and electric motors
Skills and Experience
• City and Guilds or equivalent
• The ideal candidate will be a team player with good knowledge of rotating equipment including pumps, motors and fan assemblies
• You will need a flexible attitude and be happy working either in the workshop or on client sites
• Mechanical and electrical engineer with fault finding skills
• Available for overtime and call out rota
• Have a full, preferably clean, driving licence
• Be physically fit for the role
The hours are full time 8-4 on a daily basis, with use of a company van for business use (but there is flexibility). They are offering 20 days holiday per year, and bank holidays.
